2day is the first time I try "kim-chi",korean food. Sour,spicy....
Want to have a try?
Here are the ingredients and tell u hw to do..
=> 4 cabbages, 1 radish, 3 pack spring onion
=> 3 onion, 5 garlics, 1/2 ginger, 2 pears (minced)
=> 2 cup(400ml) chili powder, 1/2 cup (100ml) fish sauce
=> Porridge (rice flour: 2 tablespoons, water 500ml
=> 1 pack salt
=> 1/2 soft brown sugar
:: Method ::
1. Cut the fresh cabbage to 4cm => put 1 pack of salt (sprinkle) =>put 2 litre water (wait about 3 hours)
2. Wash the cabbage 2 times => dry (wait about an hour)
3. Slice the radish thinly into pieces 4cm in length.
4. Cut the spring onion to 3cm in length.
5. Pulverize onion, pear, ginger, and garlic.
6. Mix all ingredients together.
Into big bowl (already mix onion, garlic, ginger and pear with chili powder, fish sauce, porridge, sugar,
salt)
